A BMC school partnership

Empowering young
minds, one child
at a time.

Every child deserves the chance to dream, learn, and grow — regardless of their background. Tiny Sharks brings interactive, activity-based sessions straight into the classroom.

Tiny Sharks — Think Big. Start Small.

We want every child to believe their ideas matter.

Our team of student volunteers designs and runs the sessions — near-peers who remember what it feels like to sit in that classroom, not lecturers dropping in for an hour.

What the sessions cover

Five tracks, one goal: help kids trust their own thinking.

01

Entrepreneurship & Creative Thinking

Kids pitch tiny businesses built from things they already have — a cricket-card trading stand, a chalk-art stall — and learn that an idea only counts once someone else can understand it.

02

Problem-Solving & Innovation

Puzzle relays and build challenges with recycled cardboard and string turn "I can't" into "let's try it a different way."

03

Communication & Teamwork

Group storytelling, debate circles, and paired tasks where the only rule is that everyone has to talk — and everyone has to listen.

04

Confidence & Leadership

Every session ends with a student running the recap, not a volunteer. Small turns at the front add up to a child who expects to be heard.

05

Fun, Activity-Based Learning

No worksheets. Lessons live inside games, skits, and hands-on builds, because a nine-year-old remembers what they made, not what they copied down.

Beyond the classroom.

Tiny Sharks is committed to building lasting relationships with the students we work with — not one-off visits, but a running thread of curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.

We believe that even small actions create waves of change. Together, we can empower the next generation to dream bigger, think differently, and achieve more — because every child deserves a chance to succeed.

Know a school, a volunteer, or a way to help?

We are always looking for more BMC schools to partner with and more student volunteers ready to run a session.
